CANCELLATION POLICY
LATE POLICY- I extend a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Following this window, I reserve the right to determine whether rescheduling your appointment is necessary. In such cases, a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s) may apply. Alternatively, adjustments to the service may be made based on the extent of the delay. CANCELLATION POLICY- Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service(s). For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, the full amount (100%) of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. NO SHOW POLICY- Upon scheduling your initial appointment, you will receive a confirmation text. Additionally, multiple reminder texts will be sent at 72 hours before your appointment. Please note that there are no exceptions for no-shows. In the event of a no-show, a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s) will be charged, and access to online booking may be restricted. Your understanding in respecting and valuing my time is greatly appreciated, just as I value your time as a client.

However, her journey goes beyond just aesthetics. Raised in a family of strong women entrepreneurs, her ambition was to establish her own salon, a dream she's seamlessly turned into reality. As the visionary behind SAINT + TAYLOR, Sydney has combined her creative brilliance with a strategic business mindset. Her establishment serves as a sanctuary, empowering hairstylists to reach their full potential. Her mission is to cultivate an environment that champions growth, professional advancement, and unity, dispelling the negative stereotypes that sometimes surround the industry. When Sydney’s not behind the chair, she embraces the role of a badass wife & new mommy to a baby girl, Scarlett.

Recently graduated from beauty school, Bella joins SAINT + TAYLOR as Sydney Taylor's co-stylist, immersing herself into the hair community. Through the program, she is honing her skills, learning advance techniques, attention to detail, and building her confidence behind the chair as she works alongside Sydney. She shows natural talent for creating beautiful blondes and low maintenance hair. When she's not in the salon you can find her working at a coffee stand in Duvall, shopping, riding horses, or hanging out with her friends outdoors.
